Brett Matschke of Richlonn's Tire & Service Centers

Q: Why did you take over your business?

Brett: As I was growing up, we would have dinner as a family at night and Dad loved to tell us about all the people he was able to help that day. I fell in love with those stories.

As I got older, I realized I really enjoyed that part of the business along with the opportunity and challenges of owning my own business and I was hooked. My dad built an incredible legacy and I am thrilled I am able to continue it!

Q: What do you offer?

Brett: We offer full service auto repair and maintenance along with tire sales and service.

Q: Why did you want photos?

Brett: It started by me wanting to update my business social media images. The old one was from a funeral over 10 years ago when I was dressed up but didn’t really represent the image or brand I wanted to convey for Richlonn’s.

I really appreciated the tips you sent to help utilize those great new photos even more. I now have a signature for my email I will use from time to time. It is especially useful when I would like to have people put a face with a name.

Q: What advice do you have for other entrepreneurs?

Brett: Hire people who share your same vision and surround yourself with great, trusted advisors.

A fun fact for this snowy time of year--if you purchase your snow tires from Richlonn's, they will store your regular tires for free while your snow tires are equipped! How cool is that?!
